  • Important: Scam Text Messages

    Dear Parishioners,

We want to make you aware of a scam that is currently circulating. Several parishioners have reported receiving text messages that appear to be from Fr. Bob requesting money in the form of Apple gift cards to support women with cancer.

Please be advised that these messages are fraudulent.

Fr. Bob will never ask for money, gift cards, or financial assistance through text message or email. Any such request should be treated as a scam.

If you receive one of these messages:
    ~Do not respond.
~Do not click on any links.
~Do not purchase gift cards or send money.
    ~Delete the message immediately.

If you are ever unsure whether a communication is legitimate, please contact the parish office directly using the official parish phone number, 802-2543-7578.

We apologize for any confusion or concern this may have caused and appreciate your vigilance in helping protect our parish community.

    Sincerely,
    The Parish Office

  • Share For Thanksgiving

    Share for Thanksgiving
    November 8, 2026

For 36 years, St. John’s has supported the Lamoille Community Food
Share’s Thanksgiving food basket program, an effort started
by our former Deacon Elise Braun.

Last year, approximately 900 baskets were distributed to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity.

Please give as you are able: • Cash or checks on Sundays • Mail a check to the church with “Share for Thanksgiving” in the memo • Donate online

Your generosity is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
